Orders placed on this store are pre-orders. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded as it will be submitted to production. If you need to make a size change after your order is submitted, please email bhincapie@hincapiesports.com before the store closes on December 8, 2024. After this date, no changes can be made to your order. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on items ordered from this store.  

Your order will ship directly from our factory on or before Monday, January 27, 2025. This is longer than our typical turnaround time due to holiday closures at our factory in Medellin, Colombia. NOTE: Orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority with a signature required because it is an international shipment. Please use a shipping address where somebody will be available to sign for the package.
