Orders will go into production once the store closes and ship directly to you from our factory in Medellin, Colombia. The estimated shipping time frame is 4-6 weeks from the store closing date.

In addition, there are no returns or exchanges on custom kits. Hincapie will not have inventory available to accommodate exchanges due to apparel being printed on demand. Please be sure to view the sizing charts/fit guides prior to placing your order.
